Dr. Berns is the CEO and co-founder of Perfect Imaging. He is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the company and its products and services. He is a well-respected authority on MRI and Neuroradiology, and is the founder of National Diagnostic Imaging, a teleradiology practice. Dr. Berns established a strong reputation in the Midwest as President of Drs. Hill & Thomas radiology practice . He has nearly twenty years of experience in Neuroradiology practicing in hospitals and outpatient centers along with a successful portfolio of imaging center and clinic-based radiology project development. He is also skilled in assessing the vascular system, including the peripheral arterial system, having read thousands of MRA studies while consulting with vascular surgeons and internists. Dr. Berns did his fellowship in Neuroradiology atUniversity Hospitals, Cleveland, OH and earned his medical degree at Case Western Reserve University Medical School.

Mr. Rothman is the President and Co-Founder of Perfect Imaging. He is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial and administrative functions of the company.  Mr. Rothman is also President and CEO ofRothman & Associates, a software development firm established in 1986, and Microsoft Partner. He worked as a part-time faculty member in the IT Workforce and Economic Development Division at Cuyahoga Community College from 2001 through 2006. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics degree from Kent State University.

Mr. Cantu serves as Perfect Imaging’s Chief information Officer. His responsibilities include overseeing the company’s network/IT infrastructure and data centers; development of the software products, and management of client implementation and support services. Mr. Cantu’s professional experience includes 10 years in a Senior Systems Specialist position with Bridgestone/Firestone North American Tire. He earned a Computer Engineering degree from Case Western Reserve University.
